Through rich, integrated lessons, including project-based learning, children actively engage with their environment to develop and apply their knowledge while making connections to their lives. Our teachers work with each child at their own pace to enhance their academic learning, individual development, and well-being.
Small Classes & Individual Instruction
- Within our Private Kindergarten program, children explore concepts through a blend of state standards and the PLAYWORKS© learning standards to promote their cognitive, social/emotional, and physical development.
- Learning experiences take place within and outside the classroom and are carefully designed to challenge each child in a positive, nurturing environment.
- Exploration of content-specific skills through discovery and hands-on lessons that connect language arts, math, science, and social science.
- Through PLAYWORKS©, students develop problem-solving skills and grow both academically and personally.
- Individualized instruction that follows the children’s interests and provides a closer daily assessment of their progress to help drive instruction and set personalized goals.

- All students will be assessed at the start of the school year and quarterly to guide planning and baselines.
- Before- and after-school care is available, as is care during winter break, spring break, snow days, and teacher planning days, where available.
- We will work with your local school district to ensure a smooth transition to elementary school.
